If you would like an Uber voucher, please fill in the form below. The voucher is a credit for a ride to Churchill Downs and a return ride to your hotel. Your Uber can pick up and drop off within a 4.25 mile radius of Churchill Downs. An email with your voucher link will be sent Monday, October 6, 2025.
